GILLIAN ROWE
COUNSELLOR
I am qualified to practice Transactional Analysis, a theory of personality for personal growth and change. It offers depth and accessibility making it ideal for both short-term counselling and long-term therapy, everyday problems, life crises and psychological disorders. I am passionate about the transformative power of talking therapies and, should you choose to see me, you’ll find that I work in a collaborative way – in other words counselling is done ‘with’ you rather than ‘to’ you - and I provide a warm, safe and empathic space where your situation can be explored. We will work together, at a pace that suits you, to uncover obstacles that may be holding you back. This process will help you develop new ways of responding to life's challenges so you can make better choices to get your needs met. I make use of analogies/metaphors/dreams and have even been known to crack a joke – where appropriate - to make sessions feel more enjoyable and personal.

ELVIN AYDIN KELES
THERAPIST
Hello! Just to give you a little about me - I have an MA and PhD from Centre for Psychoanalytic Studies at Essex University. I got my clinical training at the Metanoia Institute in London which helped me establish a solid foundation to continue my career as a mental health professional. I got certified as a Certified Transactional Analyst in 2018. In my work, I try to be as client-oriented as possible. The particular psychotherapy approach I use is called Transactional Analysis (TA). This means that I am very interactive with my clients and able to offer them many smart tools which give them quick social control and relief through insight in their day to day living. This is a very engaging process that allows my clients to find their own pace and motivation very early on in the course of our work together, unlike some other therapies that take forever.I have been a provider of online psychotherapy since 2013 and continue to enjoy working with my clients all around the world.
